HOW TO DRINK THIS TEA
Daily Use (Regular Strength)
1–2 cups per day
- Steep 1 tea bag in 8–10 oz of hot water.
- Cover and let sit for 8–10 minutes before drinking.
- Add honey or lemon if desired.
For Detox or Immune Support (Stronger Brew)
- Use 2 tea bags
- Steep for 10–15 minutes
- Drink 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup before bed for 3–7 days.
For Fertility or Hormonal Balance
- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably:
- Morning before breakfast OR
- Evening before bed
